This is a very nice apartment however, a few things to know number one there is no beach view. The atmosphere around the pool is a little edgy meaning there is a guy who walks around and just watches you. Place was clean and modern however we were not provided a key card to gain access to the lobby so we had to wait for the attendant to come open it every time. All in all we had a good time and enjoyed!

A big thank you to the team that took care of us as soon as we arrived. The apartment was spotless, very clean, perfectly located, and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. The pool is a real plus and was much appreciated by the whole family. I would definitely recommend this place to stay!

The place was beautiful and very well located. However, on the two weeks we were there, we had 3 full days with water outages (unable to air the washrooms, shower, or wash hands) and we were with kids. Christian was very responsive although not always helpful. If something was not listed in the amenities, they were not proactive and willing to help. Example, we asked for a kettle and they said it’s not part of amenities. We also only got 2 towels per bedroom totalling 6 even though we had 4 small children. The cleaning crew said they were told they could not bring us more but then felt bad and did. In awe that they were specifically instructed not to. Additionally, internet was terrible and they were not willing to come and see it wasn’t working. We were using our personal data and hotspot everywhere (even to watch television). Also, pool area is great but extremely strict. You are being watched 24/7. Overall, good day and would recommend, but Chuzo needs to provide better service

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location in Playa del Carmen was excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and easy transportation. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. A solid choice for anyone visiting the area. We’d happily stay again.

Fantastic modern 3 bed apartment right in the centre of player de Carmen & only steps away from the beach 🏖️ The apartment itself is very spacious and very comfortable. Close to all the restaurants and convenience stores. I regret getting a rental car, because you don’t need one in this place. Christian, who checked us in was very friendly and helped out if we ever asked. Thanks Christian 👍🏻 5⭐️

This Airbnb was perfectly located! It was right between the beach and La Quinta Avenida making everything we did walking distance. Even though we felt as if we were in the heart of everything the Airbnb was incredibly peaceful at night. The rooms were perfectly set up for 3 adult couples. Everything was clean and functional. We really enjoyed our stay! Christian was very helpful and took great care of us. We would love to stay here again.

Great location, very close to the beach and a short walk to the main street of restaurants and bars. Some of the nearby bars can be loud, but this didn’t bother us too much and it’s nothing compared to the noise of the more central parts of town. The apartment is a perfect size for three groups sharing, with three equally large en suite bedrooms and a big common area. The complex also has a big pool with loungers and a bar. The only real downside is the apartment is a bit spartan, for example there are no bedside lamps, the plug sockets are not in convenient places, the built in furniture is already falling apart, etc. I’d also prefer to have more information in the apartment, for example where to take trash, how to get a water refill etc, rather than having to message the host or ask reception every time.
