We stayed here for a week during the holidays and unfortunately had ongoing issues with the air conditioning. From the moment we arrived, the AC in the penthouse was not working properly. We were temporarily moved to another unit where the AC worked, but it was not the penthouse we booked. After two nights, we were required to move back, and the AC continued to fail repeatedly. Maintenance came multiple times, but the fixes were temporary and the issue was never fully resolved. Christian, the co-host, genuinely tried to help. He was responsive, polite, and clearly understood our frustration, and I want to give him credit for that. However, despite the efforts, the apartment was uncomfortable for most of the stay. While a partial refund was issued, it did not reflect the number of nights affected or the downgrade in accommodations, especially given that this was marketed and priced as a luxury penthouse. For future guests, I strongly recommend confirming that the AC works!!!!
