Relaxico mx presents this luxurious four-bedroom penthouse at Oleo Cancun, located approximately 15 minutes from the airport on a beautiful beach with turquoise waters in the southern part of the hotel zone.

The penthouse features en-suite bathrooms, breathtaking sea and lagoon views, and a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the sea breeze, sunrises, and sunsets. Guests can access the beach and condominium pool directly, work out in the gym, or play tennis.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, dine at restaurants across the street, or purchase the daily all-inclusive package offered by Oleo Cancun Hotel, with which the condominium shares facilities.

Shared Hotel Facilities and Dining

The condominium shares facilities with Oleo Cancun Hotel. Restaurants within the complex operate on an all-inclusive basis and do not offer à la carte service.

• The all-inclusive wristband provides unlimited access to the restaurants and bars.
• Without the wristband, guests may use the lobby coffee shop or dine at restaurants across the street, including Navios, 19.5, and Galeon del Caribe.
• The all-inclusive wristband is regulated by the hotel and currently costs approximately $95 USD per person per day.
• A buffet breakfast-only option is also available for approximately $35 USD per person.

Guest Access

The following facilities are available at no additional cost:

• Swimming pools
• Jacuzzi
• Beach chairs and shades by the pool and on the beach, except those reserved for certain vacation club members
• Gym, open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The spa is available for an additional cost.

Additional Services and Information

Airport Transfers

Relaxico offers airport-to-condominium and condominium-to-airport transportation in vans driven by authorized private drivers for an additional cost. Uber and regular taxis are not authorized at the airport, so booking transportation in advance is recommended to avoid overcharging.

Tours and Activities

We offer advice and booking assistance for tours. We work with the area's main wholesaler and provide quality service, honest recommendations, and reliable information about each activity or park.

Cleaning and Laundry

The cleaning fee charged at the time of booking covers cleaning and laundry after check-out.

Each guest receives:

• One bath towel
• One beach towel

The apartment includes a washing machine for additional laundry as needed.

Visitors

The condominium does not allow visitors.

Wristbands

Wearing a wristband is mandatory. It provides access to the condominium and its facilities.

Elevators

The elevators have strict weight and capacity limits:

• Maximum of four people without luggage
• Maximum of two people with luggage

Overloading an elevator may cause mechanical failure or damage. If improper use by a guest causes an elevator malfunction or breakdown, the guest will be fully responsible for the repair costs.
