Diego's service was excellent. He was friendly at all times. The house was well laid out, and I loved that he always let me have the air conditioning on even when we weren't there, because when we returned the house was cool. 100% recommended :-)

Unfortunately, this property is not the luxury unit advertised. During our stay, we experienced multiple plumbing failures and flooding on the first floor that left core amenities, including the washing machine, master bathroom, and kitchen unusable for several days. Furthermore, the unit is outdated, featuring misaligned cabinet doors, a poor paint job, dirty windows, and subpar overall cleanliness. Additionally, the hosts skimped on basic necessities, providing only one roll of paper towels and two rolls of cheap toilet paper per bathroom. Having to buy our own basic supplies from the store across the street was far easier than waiting until the next day for a host delivery. Given the severe loss of usable space and functional amenities for several days, I requested a partial refund on our $5,058 USD stay. After waiting over 72 hours with zero response from the host, I was forced to escalate the issue to Airbnb. This remains ongoing.
