The Space

Guests share the facilities of the Oleo Cancun hotel. Restaurants within the complex operate on an all-inclusive basis and do not offer à la carte service.
- With an all-inclusive wristband, guests receive unlimited access to the restaurants and bars.
- Without a wristband, dining options include the lobby coffee shop or restaurants across the street, such as Navios, 19.5, and Galeon del Caribe.
- The wristband price is regulated by the hotel and is currently approximately $95 USD per person, per day.

Airport Transfers
Airport-to-condominium and condominium-to-airport transportation is available in vans with authorized private drivers for an additional cost. Uber and regular taxis are not authorized at the airport, so booking transportation in advance is recommended to avoid overcharging.
Tours and Activities
We provide advice and sell tours through the area’s main wholesaler. This allows us to offer quality service, honest recommendations, and reliable information about each activity or park.
Cleaning
The cleaning fee charged at the time of booking covers cleaning and laundry after checkout.
Towels
Each guest will receive:
- One bath towel
- One beach towel
The apartment also has a washing machine that guests may use if needed.
Visitors
The condominium does not allow visitors.
Wristbands
Wearing a wristband is mandatory. It provides access to the condominium and its facilities.
Elevators
The elevators have strict weight and capacity limits:
- Maximum of four people without luggage
- Maximum of two people with luggage
Exceeding the elevator’s intended capacity may cause mechanical failure or damage. If an elevator malfunctions or breaks down due to improper use by a guest, that guest will be fully responsible for the repair costs.

Diego's service was excellent. He was friendly at all times. The house was well laid out, and I loved that he always let me have the air conditioning on even when we weren't there, because when we returned the house was cool. 100% recommended :-)

Unfortunately, this property is not the luxury unit advertised. During our stay, we experienced multiple plumbing failures and flooding on the first floor that left core amenities, including the washing machine, master bathroom, and kitchen unusable for several days. Furthermore, the unit is outdated, featuring misaligned cabinet doors, a poor paint job, dirty windows, and subpar overall cleanliness. Additionally, the hosts skimped on basic necessities, providing only one roll of paper towels and two rolls of cheap toilet paper per bathroom. Having to buy our own basic supplies from the store across the street was far easier than waiting until the next day for a host delivery. Given the severe loss of usable space and functional amenities for several days, I requested a partial refund on our $5,058 USD stay. After waiting over 72 hours with zero response from the host, I was forced to escalate the issue to Airbnb. This remains ongoing.

The apartment has an excellent location, is very nice, and has tremendous ocean views. The rooms are nice and in general everything is excellent. Diego was a good host.

The stay itself is very comfy to rest. But it’s definitely not a great hotel to enjoy. Baisically just to sleep and go out to tour. But if u plan to rest and enjoy the hotel. It’s not worth it. The food is not good at all. The staff very rude. Cause the condominium is separate from hotel. But share the pool and amenities. The host is awesome. Only if the condo was located in another hotel. And photos need to be updated. The building its very old. Nothing like the pictures. Mildew in pool. And all around the location. Elevators didn’t work. We had to take the stairs to the 7th floor. Most the time. But like I said. Condo was great. The location was not! Unfortunately they share the location.

Diego was very responsive and his team was there to meet our group when we all arrived at different times of the day. The place is great. Balcony was awesome to be out on at night. Kitchen well stocked and the washer and dryer were amazing to have. We had a late flight out but we were able to store our bags on-site which allowed us to relax a bit longer. Highly recommend

The place and location was absolutely beautiful! It was located inside the hotel so we had access to everything. Diego and his co-hosts were super responsive. I had about 2 million questions and they answered all of them without complaint or issue. I would absolutely book here again!
