This newly remodeled three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom, sixth-floor penthouse-style condo at One Medano Beach Resort is located 200 meters from Cabo’s best swimming beach, Medano Beach. It is also across the street from Puerto Paraiso Mall, home to world-class shops and restaurants.
The condo is one block from the marina and within walking distance of everything in town. Nearby, you will find grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and a wide range of beach activities.
The Space
Located in a boutique building with 21 units in the heart of Medano Beach, this penthouse-style condo offers approximately 3,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. The unit is situated on the right side of the sixth floor.
Each of the three bedrooms includes:

- A smart television
- A luggage rack
- An individual thermostat
The main and second bedrooms feature beautiful ocean views. The third bedroom overlooks the city and includes a small balcony where you can enjoy the city lights at night.

- Corazon Resort, located directly next door, offers day passes for 800 pesos per person. Prices may vary at different times of the year. The pass includes access to the resort’s pools and facilities, and the full pass amount is returned as credit toward food and drinks at the pool or restaurants.
- Spending US$30 at the spa next door on the hotel’s first floor provides full-day access to the beach cabanas and all pools. The US$30 spa purchase does not apply to food or beverages.

The place is even more spectacular than the photo show. It is huge with a great view of the ocean. Lots of restaurants and the beach is close by. Highly recommend.

Amazing property. Close to the main strip with the clubs and restaurants. Even closer to the beach. The property was more beautiful than the photos. Would stay here again when back in town.

Beautiful place and great location. Quick walk to beach and marina area. Definitely recommend doing a pool day at the Corazon resort right next door for a reasonable fee.

Had a great time at this rental. Great location that is only a block from the beach, a couple blocks from some amazing restaurants, and about 3 blocks from the marina. Large kitchen and bar area with plenty of dinner/glassware. Nice feature to be able to completely open sliding doors to the patio space. Could use a handyman for a couple days. There were a few items that needed some maintenance. Dryer sounds like it's on it's last leg. Also, the last morning of our trip we had no water. We had an early flight, so it didn't effect us too much, but it was unfortunate. Aside from the water issue and some items that needed some minor maintenance, the place was very nice and in great location.

Our stay at Laura and Nick’s condo on Medano Beach was amazing. The location was so convenient both to town and to the beach. This was not our first time in Cabo but we certainly enjoyed staying at the condo, we usually do an all inclusive resort with our 2 children but we chose to try something new since they were both bringing a friend on the trip. So we ventured out and found this beautiful condo on Airbnb and it did not disappoint. We have nothing negative to say about our stay. The condo is a quick walk to Walmart if you want to go shopping for your food. We did end up taking an Uber to Costco and stocking up on beer and drinks and other familiar food items. This was more ideal since there were 6 of us on the trip. Anytime I contacted Laura and Nick and their team with questions they responded quickly, along with their assistance in setting up transportation from and to the airport to answering questions we had about activities we were interested in they were always very helpful!

A very nice place, the beach is beautiful and 100% family friendly, Laura & Nick were always attentive and supported us a lot since our flight was delayed, I highly recommend them
