The Space
Casa Buena Vida is a charming Colonial-style home featuring spacious open areas and wide corridors. You can relax on the hammocks while enjoying the gentle breeze and a clear view of the pool and garden.
The house includes a fully equipped kitchen and three comfortable seating areas. It is outfitted with 14 ceiling fans and four air-conditioned bedrooms. There is a balcony offering a scenic view of Volcan Mombacho.
Two bedrooms are located upstairs, and two are downstairs. A housekeeper service is included during your stay.
Location
Situated in the historic center, the house is just three blocks from Central Park. It is also close to the local market, where fresh fruits and vegetables are available every morning.

The place was beautiful it was perfect for our family. The location was amazing we could walk to the centre park and market. Very easy to catch taxis too. Our host was very helpful with anything that we needed. Would stay here again for sure! Can't wait to come back to Granada Nicaragua! ❤️

Grethell's house is really beautiful with lots of green plants on the inside patio. The swimming pool was refreshing after a day out for activities. We travelled with two families and we fitted perfectly on four bedrooms offered in the house. Three bedrooms having their own bathrooms gave extra addition to our holiday stay. It is well located close to centre of Granada. All small details in the house were beautiful and made the house really cozy. Evelyn took care of check-in and check -out and she was super friendly and responsive, thanks so much for your kindness. I hope you are doing fine! I would definitely come back again and spend another holiday at Grethell's house! Thank you!

I would like to thank Grethell for letting us stay at her beautiful Airbnb in Granada. It was a perfect fit for my family of five…we thoroughly enjoyed the house with pool and lots of privacy. It was very clean and all the amenities matched the description of the advertised listing, and then some. Walking distance to the town center, restaurants and stores was very convenient. My family and I made great memories while staying at Casa Buena Vida and exploring all Granada had to offer. Evelyn and her cleaning staff took great care of us and our needs and was always available when needed. I would recommend Casa Buena Vida to all my family and friends for a private, relaxing, comfortable stay in Granada Nicaragua.

On the second night, our house was flooded because the canoe overflowed, and it wasn't the first time it happened, since those who arrived the next day commented that it used to happen. My personal items got wet, as well as a cell phone that was in a suitcase. Several people couldn't get into the pool because the water was coming out and going into the kitchen and the bedroom. The room facing the street, which is usually the hottest, is the only one without air conditioning, and the fans are not good quality, so the heat is unbearable.

We had a great time as a group of 8 people, the house is beautiful and the pool is gorgeous. The kitchen is super useful. It is very central and feels safe. we wholeheartedly recommend the house and would absolutely book it again. Many thanks to the hosts in particular for the quick and super helpful communication, bearing with some hick ups from our side.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Casa Buena Vida. The pictures don't do this home justice. The pool for the kids was a highlight for them which was always clean and surrounded by beautiful plants. Excellent and prompt communication with the property manager who was lovely to communicate with. A bonus was the wonderful house cleaning service. Location was walkable to pretty much everything and on a quiet street. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
