On Airbnb, we mentioned that there is no air conditioning in this twin room, so 1 ceiling fan and 2 pedestal fans have been installed.<br/>Regarding the pool, there was a tropical storm during those days, with very heavy rains that caused the pool to overflow into the gutters. As a result, the pool drain was not functioning properly due to the high water pressure.  We're sorry you had to deal with this inconvenience. Regarding the cell phone getting wet, you only mentioned that only a suitcase that was on the floor had gotten wet. We had no information about your phone. This is out of our hands; it's a natural occurrence. This happened in most houses in Granada.
