The Villa

This expansive private home is designed as a work of art, boasting:

The entrance impresses with 12-foot wooden doors leading to a courtyard overlooking the pool and fire pit. The villa includes two comfortable living rooms—one indoors and one outdoors—each paired with dining areas seating 12 guests.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with KitchenAid appliances, bright white cabinetry, and a central island that accommodates 10 people.

Bedrooms

The villa has six resort-style bedrooms:

• First master suite: king-size bed, outdoor balcony access, and a large en-suite bathroom with shower
• Second master suite: king-size bed, bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower
• Third bedroom: king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with sliding door, golf course view
• Fourth and fifth bedrooms: king-size beds with direct pool access
• Sixth bedroom: king-size bed facing the front garden, located near the living room
