Overall: terrific stay, very responsive host, & fantastic house. The house was a ton of fun, outdid expectations & we were very happy w/ our stay— especially enjoyed the movie theater, beds, & room arrangements (some in the house, some outside).

Our stay, generally speaking, was very good. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. There were three families with eight children and six adults, and the space worked perfectly. The surroundings of Hacienda Pinilla are extraordinary, and the staff who looked after us during our stay were always very friendly and helpful, both with breakfast and with preparing meals. Unfortunately, on the second day we realized that cash had disappeared from inside the house. We cannot say what happened or who was responsible, but this event completely changed our experience, since for the rest of the stay we lived with worry and insecurity, having to constantly guard our belongings. We decided to report this situation to the manager at check-out to avoid conflicts during the stay.
