Villa Tamahills

Location

Villa Tamahills is ideally situated in the developing Tamarindo Hills neighborhood, close to local sights and amenities. The property offers superb sea views and is approximately a 15-minute walk from:

• The beach
• Banks
• Shops
• A supermarket
• Restaurants and bars
• A gym
• The Thursday night market

Because the villa is located at the top of a hill, having a vehicle is recommended.

The Space

Designed in a Balinese style, the villa offers sea views from every living area. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen and fully equipped living room, along with an adjoining pantry and laundry room for convenient storage.

After returning from the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower before relaxing in the infinity pool and watching the sunset over the sea.

The villa has four independent bedrooms, each accessible from the outdoor areas and featuring a private ensuite bathroom and sea view.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m.

Please note that the housekeeper begins work at 9:00 a.m. on the day of check-out.

Laundry

The villa has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Access is restricted to the housekeeper while she is present. She can wash your laundry upon request at no additional charge.

The laundry room cannot be accessed when the housekeeper is away. Stays of fewer than three nights do not include the possibility of doing laundry at the villa.

Water Supply

The villa has a 6,000-liter water tank, helping ensure that you should not run out of water in the event of a municipal water interruption.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire villa. The laundry room is accessible only to the housekeeper for laundry services.

Additional Information

By car and under normal traffic conditions, the villa is approximately:

• 1 hour and 15 minutes from Liberia Airport
• 4 hours and 30 minutes from San José Airport

Shuttle service for these journeys can be arranged upon request and is not included in the rental rate.

The sofa bed in the master bedroom is automatically prepared when the villa is booked for nine or ten guests. If you would like it prepared for a group of fewer than nine guests, please notify us at least 24 hours before arrival.

Power and water outages can occur in Costa Rica, and temporary interruptions to electricity, Wi-Fi, or water service are possible. Water interruptions are unlikely because the villa has a 6,000-liter water tank. The property cannot be held responsible for these interruptions, and no financial compensation will be provided.

Safety Information

• The pool does not have a safety railing. Children must be supervised by an adult.
• The stairs are not suitable for young children or elderly guests.
• The stairs may become slippery when wet. Do not run on them.
• Handrails are provided on the stairs.
• Children must not be left unattended upstairs or on the stairs.
