Pretty nice villa. Easy walk down to tamarindo.

We had a great stay overall, and the hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. there were a few things that differed from our expectations based on the listing photos. The pool appears larger in the pictures than it is in person. It was smaller than we anticipated and not very practical for our group to use. Similarly, the view shown in the photos is somewhat misleading, as it is somewhat obstructed by the buildings across the street. The layout of the property was also different than we expected. The bedrooms are separated from the main kitchen and living area, so you have to go outside to move between them. For our group, this made it more difficult to spend time together, especially since the living room couch wasn’t large enough for everyone to gather comfortably. That said, I can see how this layout could be a benefit for groups looking for more privacy!
