I wasn't able to stay in Matthew's place, as my son and I got sick before our trip and had to cancel, but a friend of mine was able to go to his place. Matthew was very communicative and responsive, and went above and beyond before our stay to get us a crib. He swapped out the check-in information so my friend was able to check-in seamlessly. Some elements that others may want to know when booking the place that my friend communicated to me: The view is mostly of Costco and parking lots, with the arch in the very far distance. While close-ish to the water, the beach is not walkable (there is a walled off highway that you are unable to cross). The place had a musty smell and the hot tub was dirty and not working properly. The grass tennis court in the pictures doesn't exist anymore. The bath towels were old with holes. Upon arrival, there was general grime everywhere (remnant food on dishes, a half smoked cigar in a kitchen drawer, used old wet coffee grounds in the coffee machine).

Sin duda un excelente alojamiento, coincide totalmente con lo que muestran las fotografías, ubicación tranquila con supermercados donde encontrarás todo caminado, tiene todo para una estancia inolvidable, Matthew siempre muy atento, a mi familia y en lo personal nos encantaría volver

Matthew’s place was amazing. Great views from the two balconies of the Arch, lots of sunlight. Contemporary condo with all the amenities from home. Bathrooms were spotless as was the kitchen. Jacuzzi up on the roof was perfect and relaxing. Initial entry through security was easy and parking was easy. One note on getting there, my Google Maps and Apple Maps seemed to have placed the marker position for the address listed in the Airbnb app (“get directions”) across the highway from the condo, so ignore that. Wonderful location with easy access to marina and downtown. Highly recommend!

This extra-luxury Cabo condo was the ultimate work-and-play escape. Floor to ceiling scenic coastal views! Amazing ocean energy. Mornings began with sunrise coffee on the main-level deck, powering through calls with barista coffee, keeping us fueled. The gorgeous setting made work feel effortless. Adventure was just minutes away. The master suite impressed with its huge dressing room, spa-like rain shower, and plush bedding that absolutely guaranteed the best next- day refresh. It was amazing. Evenings rooftop - cocktails, Jacuzzi, and sunsets—were the perfect reward. My back felt so renewed each time. Getting around is easy with Uber right at the gate. Costco is in walking distance for essentials. Pro tip: their pharmacy sells Retin‑A (prescription strength, no prescription needed) in larger tubes than in the U.S.—a great find. Matthew, our amazing host, made everything seamless from start to finish. He’s terrific! We can’t wait to return with friends. Next time even longer!

This is the most incredible Airbnb I have ever stayed in! It’s two levels and the second level has a private jacuzzi, bar, fire pit, BBQ, ping pong area, and a sunbathing area. All private and only accessible to you. The first floor has two super clean and fresh bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The living room and kitchen have perfect views of the ocean and Cabo San Lucas. The sunsets are simply gorgeous. You won’t want to miss this condo and the great hospitality from Matthew. The complex has two swimming pools and all the amenities. This unit equals relaxation and decadence all in one. Enjoy!

Me encantó hospedarme en este departamento, es muy agradable y perfecto para sentirse como en casa, tiene todo equipado, las habitaciones con camas súper cómodas, amplios clóset, hermosa vista y por si fuera poco, tiene muy cerca un Soriana y Costco. Quedé encantada, lo recomiendo al 100%
