- Occasional planned water conservation periods and brief power outages may occur but are typically short and should not disrupt your stay.
- Tamarindo is undergoing significant construction and development, so some noise from nearby building projects may be expected.
- A fee will be charged for lost keys or remote controls: $50 for a lost key and $150 for a lost remote control.

This home was a great stay for our group of 4. It was out of the way of the main strip, so it wasn’t loud, but still very walkable. The home was clean, outdoor area was great for hanging out, and the kitchen was full of all necessary items. I would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay! Janina was very helpful, very friendly and very accommodating. The place was perfect for us and we will definitely try to come back! Was so close to all the restaurants and the beach. We didn’t even need to have our car rental! We will know better for next time! Thank you so much!

The house is in a good location. Walkable distance but just out of the night lift so it’s quiet. House was good and clean but the outdoor space sold us on this house. The pool and outdoor kitchen/eating area was amazing. We basically only slept inside and the rest was either spent by the pool or at the ocean. Janina was responsive and gave us a couple recommendations for close by beaches… one which was stunning and the best we had seen the whole trip.

We had a lovely stay, 4 nights during the rainy season. Fortunately, the house is comfortable, you feel at home. It is not next to the beach but it allows you to walk and discover the atmosphere of Tamarindo.
