Home in Cancún

Amazing experience with an in person check in. The house was spotless and daily maid service was a massive benefit. The house has a beautiful view of the private beach and the hosts were attentive the entire time of our stay. 10/10 would stay again.

This home was amazing!!!! We brought our entire family. 6 adults 5 children and the home was perfect. The service was outstanding. The chef Jose was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ definitely coming back!!

My husband and I had an amazing vacation with our children and Grandchildren. We hardly left the house which was even more beautiful than the pictures show. The private beach was perfect with soft sand and turquoise blue water. We felt very safe in this gated community. One of the highlights was our private chef Suzi. She shopped for us and made us delicious meals adhering to all our diet restrictions. Vicky our daily housekeeper was great. We can't wait to come back. Thank you all for our week in paradise.

We had the most amazing stay at this property. Right on a beautiful beach, the most beautiful sunsets, en suite bathrooms in every room. Paula the host was incredibly helpful and responsive in helping us set up reservations for dinner, transportation and anything else we needed. Having Susi the chef was a GAME CHANGER in our vacation. Susi comes in and does all the hard parts- menu, shopping, cooking and clean-up. She made delicious food and was able to customize anything we needed. Restaurants in Cancún can get expensive and our big group found this to be a very easy way to eat amazing food at a much lower cost. If you are on the fence- book it! This place is a gem.

Villa Flamingos is one of the best Airbnb houses I have rented! We loved everything about it! The house is wonderful, with a great layout and a perfect location. It was cleaned every day and we loved the meals that Susi prepared. Their communication was incredibly responsive and we had one small issue that was resolved very quickly. I highly recommend this home and hope I’m lucky enough to stay here again.

11 of us stayed here for 5 nights (Dec 15-20, 2023) for my 40th birthday and it couldn't have been more perfect! Host: Paula was amazing during our stay. She was extremely responsive and helpful for any requests or questions; she really made everything perfect and seamless! House: The house was the perfect size for our 11-person group. There were a variety of different room layouts, which suited our needs, everything was modern and in good condition. I really liked how the common areas of the house opened to the pool and jacuzzi, and then to the beach. We really had everything we could ask for! Location: I looked at several different homes on Airbnb, and this one had the best location. It is really close to everything in Cancun and inside a gated community, and beach was great as well! Services: We had a chef (Freddy) and bartender (Lulu) for our entire stay, both provided through Paula. They were both amazing and made the best food and drinks! I would 100% stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay for a week at this Airbnb. We had 4 adults and 4 children including a baby and it was great for our needs! Diego and Paula were very responsive and provided many recommendations. They were able to book us: - Susi the private chef - she was incredible!! She cleans up as well! Since we had 4 kids who don’t eat much, it was typically enough food to last us the next day as well. - Boat - we rented 2 boats through Airbnb and had wonderful experience both times and did snorkeling and lunch in Isla Muejeres. Boats come with captain and first mate and drinks and the marina is super close to the house. - massage- Airbnb booked a masseuse to come to the house which was convenient. About $100 per massage. - babysitter- Airbnb arranged and very experienced professional babysitter who helped with the kids! It was about $15 an hour. FYI that there is no disposal or dishwasher. Also fresh water is provided so no need to stock bottled. Pool not heated but was OK for kids

Diego’s place was a dream. Everything you need and could ever ask for is there. I was celebrating my bachelorette with a big group and we found the place perfect to accommodate the 8 of us. The beach is to die for, very calm and beautiful. The team was also very helpful and nice! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's, but this one felt like home. Valeria, the host was AMAZING! She received us when we arrived, and went to check in throughout our whole stay. She was super fast at replying back, and always had the right answer to any of our questions. The cook Susy, knocked it out of the park with our meals! She was super friendly, we liked chatting with her, and was on top of it all when it came to the kitchen and serving us. Erica the housekeeper, was super great too kept the place really clean. Juan and his worker were very respectful, and kept the maintenance of the place fully completed by the time the girls wanted to get in the pool first thing in the morning. Overall great experience, the house is amazing don't get me wrong, but what made it better were the people there helping us out throughout our Stay.
