The main floor welcomes you with an expansive open-concept living area that flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, and custom wooden cabinetry, suitable for both casual dining and gourmet cooking.

Adjacent to the main living space, the master suite provides a peaceful retreat featuring an antique Indonesian headboard and an en-suite bathroom finished with elegant marble, creating a spa-like ambiance. The master bedroom opens directly onto a private terrace that leads down to the central pool and patio—an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

On the opposite side of the living area, two additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations. These rooms are accessed via a staircase and share a well-appointed Jack and Jill bathroom, providing privacy and convenience.

Location and Transportation

Most guests opt to rent a vehicle during their stay. While taxis are readily available, renting a car is often more economical and practical for exploring the area. A 4×4 vehicle is recommended to navigate the house access and the rugged Costa Rican roads. The villa’s concierge can assist with car rental arrangements and can have the vehicle delivered directly to the property.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home during their stay. Laundry service is not included but can be arranged through the concierge for an additional fee.
