Gatherings
This property has a strict "No Party" policy out of respect for other tenants and neighbors.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
Smoking
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the rooms. A minimum penalty fee of $250 will be charged if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.
Decoration
If you wish to decorate for special celebrations, please use blue scotch tape that will not damage the walls. Remove all decorations before your departure. Damaging a wall will incur a cost of $100 per wall. Inquire about additional decoration services we can offer.
Minimum Age
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
Visitors
No visitors are allowed.
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in time is at or after 3 PM.
- Check-out time is prior to or at 11 AM.
Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

Great spot, most places to go eat, shop, beach, are within walking distance. The condo is spacious, beautiful view from the balcony, very clean, great amenities and you can feel at home. Great swimming pool at the building. We loved staying there and it is a highly reccomended place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Montemar! Pool and hot tub were great. Condo was spacious and clean. Close to town so easy to walk into town to many great restaurants! It was quiet at night which was nice and the views were spectacular! Would definitely stay again! The only thing I would say is you will need to be fit and able to stay here because the elevator only worked two days we were here so we needed to carry our luggage and groceries up 6 flights of stairs. It’s also very steep down the hill to the town so you need to make sure you are fit!

We stayed in suite 601 for 21 days and the whole time the elevator was not functioning although Marco implied that it would be up and running “very soon”. I would have thought compensation would have been offered by way of a reduced rate or other form of compensation but sadly this was not forthcoming. The pool was not heated and the jacuzzi and fire pit only functioned sporadically. All of these amenities were fully functional on a previous stay and why we returned. The unit was clean and appointed. For a stay of 21 days more dishwasher and laundry detergent would have been nice. You can’t beat the view of downtown Cabo and the inner harbour…walkable to many restaurants and sites. Close to grocery stores and the mall.

If an elevator is important to you, do not choose this property. We were notified 1 week before our departure of the non-functioning of this …. our 10 days having to go up 6 floors was a big irritant for us. If for you there is no impact, the accommodation is beautiful. The view, the pool and spa, the nice restaurant on the 4th floor, offer a good relaxing time. Several good restaurants nearby. There is a good hill to climb to get to Montemar. All the employees we met are lovely. If you have a car, you can go practice Pickelball, which is free if you have your rackets and balls.

The air bnb was an excellent choice for us. We loved how walkable everything was downtown and at the marina. The views were excellent. Our condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Marco and Yolanda were extremely responsive and friendly. The elevator to the 6th floor was broken and the walk was a bit tough, however we also enjoyed some of the exercise. It may be tough if you have heavy bags. Overall it was an great place. We would certainly stay again.

Beautiful apartment a short walk from nice restaurants and the marina. When we arrived the elevator was out of service. The host got someone to carry our suitcases up the seven flights of stairs from the parking garage. We were told we’d get the sane help when we checked out. But when the time came no one showed up. I had to carry two heavy suitcases down the seven flights of stairs for us to make our flight.

Great place. The condo was nice and clean. The view from the patio was amazing. Very safe and all of the staff accommodating and friendly. Walking distance to restaurants and the marina. Marco's and Yolanda communicating was clear and easy. Thank you, we will return again.

Place was brilliant. Exactly as described and just a short walk to town with one of the best pools in Cabo. I loved the place and would recommend 10/10.

Great 2 bed 2 bath apartment on a hillside in Pedrigal with an amazing patio overlooking downtown Cabo and the Marina. Quick walk to restaurants, shops and marina. I would stay here again without hesitation. Hosts were extremely helpful.
