Guest Notice
Cleaning and leveling work is currently underway on the lot in front of Villa Renata. This may result in occasional daytime noise or visible equipment. Rates have been adjusted accordingly, offering an opportunity to enjoy the villa at exceptional value.
The villa’s ocean views remain completely unobstructed. A personal concierge is also available to arrange customized activities, private tours, and dining experiences.

ISSUES with Property: On the first night a terrible sewer smell appeared. I contacted Hugo who sent someone to clean-the smell remained and we were told that we weren't allowed to flush any toilet paper- all toilet paper was to be placed in the trash bins. YUCK. This was never mentioned and not an option. We persisted and it turns out that the septic tank was full and needed cleaning. Day 3 the tank was cleaned and the smell went away (Except the master powder) If you're renting this home make sure that the septic tank is cleaned every few days. Also, there is construction across the street and the noise was intolerable. Hugo got them to stop for the week however it's set to resume ASAP. Finally- the house needs a lot of upkeep. The carpet and patio furniture need to be replaced, the freezer was broken so there wasn't ice, the pool needs upkeep, the furniture was dirty. On a positive note, the bedrooms were clean, pretty and comfortable, the space was good for groups & good location.

We had an amazing stay! Hugo was an outstanding host! He's incredibly responsive, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make the trip special. He even helped coordinate a few bookings for our group and made sure everything went smoothly. We stayed here for a bachelor party and the home was perfect for our group; spacious, comfortable, and better than the photos. Everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

All great but do not understand complaint about noise we were very respectuful and follow the rules! And Concierge was limited in what he could help??? Nice but like there by force! Needs to be nocer and more flexible!

Mauricio and the Be Mexico team made our stay incredibly special. It was great not to have to worry about anything as they had everything available to us to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. The chef and house staff were amazing, some of the best food I've ever had in Mexico And I've been coming here for 10 years. The house is very large, there were 12 of us, and you would never know it. Lots of space, private, great layout and amenities. The gym was a great perk and the neighborhood hills provided a great walking path. We will definitely be back.

I celebrated my 40th birthday at this beautiful home! The photos don’t do it justice ! The home is even more beautiful in person ! Lots of room for all of your guests to roam around. This home is perfect for big groups, friend groups , and families. I give this home and the lovely staff 5 stars for excellent service ! My birthday was a blast! Thank you !!

Our stay was amazing. The staff was amazing and concierge was the absolute best. I have not stayed at a place this nice before and all of my guest felt the same. The house was immaculate and it was like staying at a private resort. We had 13 people and the place was big enough to not feel crowded. It’s located in a quiet community with security so it felt very safe. Every recommendation for activities by concierge was top notch. If you are considering staying here, please book. It will be worth it!
