We loved staying here. The location was great with everything you need in walking distance. The place has a good bed, pillows and strong pressure shower. The dipping pool on the roof is great to coool down during your stay. Would stay here again and the hosts were very flexible and accommodating with our timing.

An incredible stay in this beautiful, spacious, and very modern place, with a rooftop and hammocks at the very top of the building, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. Communication with the owners was smooth. I recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic apartment, so we extended our stay and decided not to book another place. Sergio Alan was very easy to reach; the apartment was clean and exceptional!! The location was also ideal â cafes and restaurants were within easy walking distance. To get to the beach, you need at least a bicycle. We were completely satisfied and highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything, Daniel & Denise We can highly recommend it.

It was the perfect spot! Plenty of space to feel right at home as well. The place had great amenities. Our favorite thing was the little built in hammock on the second floor as well as the shower! We would come back for sure!

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were several frustrations. The check-in process was difficult, especially with multiple tight flights of stairs when bringing luggage. The key card system was inconvenient since the same card is required for both the door and the AC. If you forget or lose it, youâre essentially locked out. I almost misplaced mine and didnât receive a timely response from the host, so it would be helpful if there were a clear procedure for lost cards. The unit itself is nice, but there were some issues. A few kitchen utensils didnât appear fully clean (we found dried cilantro on one), there was an off-putting smell in the unit, and the showers were cold. The address is not accurate when you type it in Google. FYI. Also, if you plan to rent a scooter, make sure to ask the host in advance where to store it. I had to get that information from a tenant in the building. Overall, itâs a decent unit, but there are several things that could be improved.

Excellent stay. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, the area is very quiet, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Plus, it had everything described in the listing. Communication with Juan and Jonathan was excellent: they were always very friendly and quick to respond âşď¸ The only thing, and this is very personal, is that we found the bed a bit hard for our liking.

A scam. Bewareâdo NOT book this place. The lock failed (!) on the first night of our three-night stay. The host had already given us the wrong entrance code at check-in, and then provided an incorrect code for the emergency key lock as well. As a result, we were left homeless on a Friday night, with all our documents, money, and iPhone chargers locked inside the apartment. The host stopped responding that same evening, even though it was only 9 pm. We had to make an emergency booking elsewhere for the night. Instead of issuing a refund, they accused us of damaging the apartment. By the way, the apartment is like a Tinder dateâthe pictures looked much better than reality. This place and the management company that runs it are a complete FRAUD. Beware. There are so many great places in Tulumâchoose one of those instead.

Great accommodation and host. Host was very accommodating even through uncertain events that occurred in Mexico during my stay. He was flexible and ready to work with me when needed. Definitely a good experience.
