Guest access Guests of the Gothic Tropical Apartment enjoy access to all common areas of the hotel: the pool and solarium (from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) with comfortable spaces to rest or enjoy cocktails and private dinners (with additional cost); the gourmet restaurant (from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) with Colombian and international cuisine; the spa with relaxing or therapeutic massages by appointment; and the Bosque Encantado coworking area, ideal for inspiration or work. The apartments have room service and the possibility of including our famous brunch breakfasts (at an additional cost) in your reservation, which you can enjoy in the apartment, in the restaurant or by the pool. You're also welcome to try our artisanal cocktails and sensory dinners, made with local ingredients and a touch of art.
Other things to note Visitors are allowed until 10:00 pm, presenting original ID upon entry. People who stay after that time will be considered additional guests and will be charged extra. For security reasons, all persons must be registered with their ID.

Florentina and Osvelina live in the hotel, two Persian therapy cats that transmit calm and positive energy; if you prefer to keep your distance, you can inform us before your arrival. Out of respect for everyone's peace of mind, parties, smoking in rooms, and minors are not allowed.

Hello, Diana's service was excellent. But upon arriving at the place after a very long drive with 5 people, the experience at the door was not pleasant at all. Because they made us go up and down stairs with 5 heavy suitcases unnecessarily and they rang the doorbell more than 3 times in less than 15 minutes due to poor communication and unclear instructions in the early morning. Please note that parking inside the garage is for the first 3 cars to arrive. Remember not to leave any belongings inside the car. And we arrived at an apartment for 5/6 people with 3 plates, 4 pieces of cutlery, 4 glasses, etc. Nothing was complete for a stay of 5/6 people. In 3 bathrooms there were hairballs in the showers, hair on the floor. The tables look like they were cleaned with a dirty cloth. You have to ask the staff in advance to bring the dryer and iron, since they are not inside the apartment. Overall, the food, drinks, and service are very good. The place is very nicely decorated. Honestly.

The apartment is amazing and spacious, the staff is simply amazing and so nice and kind, I have been to many apartments like this, I have never been to one, the best place to stay.
