Hello, Diana's service was excellent. But upon arriving at the place after a very long drive with 5 people, the experience at the door was not pleasant at all. Because they made us go up and down stairs with 5 heavy suitcases unnecessarily and they rang the doorbell more than 3 times in less than 15 minutes due to poor communication and unclear instructions in the early morning. Please note that parking inside the garage is for the first 3 cars to arrive. Remember not to leave any belongings inside the car. And we arrived at an apartment for 5/6 people with 3 plates, 4 pieces of cutlery, 4 glasses, etc. Nothing was complete for a stay of 5/6 people. In 3 bathrooms there were hairballs in the showers, hair on the floor. The tables look like they were cleaned with a dirty cloth. You have to ask the staff in advance to bring the dryer and iron, since they are not inside the apartment. Overall, the food, drinks, and service are very good. The place is very nicely decorated. Honestly.

Diana was very kind, attentive and professional. She attended to me with an excellent attitude and was ready to help me at all times. It's nice to find people like that, who make the shopping experience much more pleasant. Thank you very much, Diana!
