Not sure what happened. We were supposed to check in on December 24 at 3pm. We arrived closer to 6 pm. The house had people inside partying. Had to rent a hotel for the night, and get another airbnb the next day for our stay. Only the next did we get communication from the manager telling us it was the cleaning crew.

Old house. Iguana making noise on the roof. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Showet not working properly (weak).

The house is located in a quiet residential area, clean & spacious and the pictures are like they are shown The house has everything you need for your holiday Great for a family or two couples Some plumbing issues, lots of extra wildlife ( iguanas )living on and in the roof so be prepared for some noise You can walk to everything or drive within minutes Good location

We chose the place with the intention of grilling for a party and then for the new year, the parrila was new but without gas, so the party was just pizza, the kitchen was also without gas so the first day was like a hotel only. Whoever was just attending us had the day off when the gas should be sent to us, and whoever replaces it in theory, does not respond, so on the second day we returned from the beach to wait if they arrived or not with the gas, not knowing what time. When you take 4 days a year, you don't want to give yourself a day to expect something that should have been there.
