The open-concept design connects the kitchen, dining room, and living room, creating a fluid and sociable living space. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table for eight and an island with seating for four, providing ample room for meal preparation and gatherings.

There are two living rooms, both with cable TV and central air conditioning for maximum comfort. The first living room opens to the outdoor area, which includes a barbecue space, cozy sofas, and a refreshing swimming pool. The second living room is located near the master bedroom and provides access to the stairs leading to the second floor.

The outdoor living area is exceptional, featuring a large poolside terrace, a crystal-clear swimming pool, an outdoor dining room, sun loungers, and a barbecue area. The spacious garden surrounds the property, creating a serene environment perfect for enjoying the dry tropical climate of the Pacific coast.
