Excellent location, stunning house, spacious and well laid out, surrounded by nature which makes it much more attractive. Highly recommended place. The hosts' service was good, and they were always in communication. It's an exclusive, private area that felt safe, and it has everything you need for medium- and long-term stays. My only recommendation is to try to improve the insect control inside the house. The first night I found ants in the bed where I was sleeping with a baby and a spider inside the room. It was just a matter of shaking the blankets well before going to sleep and the problem was solved. Overall, everything was very good. I highly recommend the property, and the price seems fair to me for what is offered.

We had a great time with the family There was enough room for us to have dinner together, and there were 18 of us. Quiet neighborhood, beach nearby. Easy to walk to 5th Avenue as well as to the Ferry. The only disappointing thing was the hot tubs: the top one was leaking, and the bottom one was not level because it was kind of crushed on its base on one side. The pool was great, though, and the maintenance team that came almost every day was really attentive to cleanliness and to our needs. Access to the washer and dryer was very convenient for washing beach towels. Thanks a lot This stay will be memorable for our family

This was an amazing vacation home for our family!! We had 13 total people and we lived here comfortably. The house was just as described. Walking distance to all the wonderful things that playa del Carmen has to offer!!
