Main House

The main house offers an open-concept layout on the ground floor, combining the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Sliding glass doors connect these areas seamlessly to the pool deck. On this level, you will find:

• A master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom
• A second bedroom featuring two double beds and an en-suite bathroom
• Direct access to the pool from both bedrooms

An external staircase leads to the second floor, where a large lanai awaits, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors. This floor also includes:

• A fully equipped kitchen
• A TV room
• A full bathroom
• Two additional king bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for comfort, while the social areas embrace the tropical environment with an open-air design.

Private Guesthouse (Casita)

Located just steps from the main house, the guesthouse provides two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. This separate space offers added privacy and flexibility for larger groups.

Outdoor Features

Enjoy the lush rainforest surroundings from the expansive terrace on the lower level. Outdoor amenities include:

• A large pool featuring a dolphin mosaic
• An integrated hot tub (not heated)
• An outdoor shower

Casa Bamboo is conveniently positioned within walking distance of the bus stop, restaurants, shops, spas, a gym, and boutique stores. Additional services and amenities include:

• Daily housekeeping (Monday through Saturday), including laundry service
• Regular pool and grounds maintenance
• Concierge services for airport transfers, private chefs, tours, and other arrangements
• Wireless internet with speeds of 200 Mbps in the main house and 100 Mbps in the guesthouse
• Parking for up to four vehicles
• Multiple security safes
• Ceiling fans throughout the property
• Large screen TVs in both living rooms and the children's bedroom
• Toiletries such as toilet tissue, soaps, shampoo, and paper towels provided

Important Information

• The minimum age for the primary guest is 25 years.
• A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
• The home features an open-air design except for the air-conditioned bedrooms.
• For security, a camera monitors the driveway and front entrance.
• A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available for rent at $10 each per day or $15 for both per day.
• Private chef services are available for an additional fee.

House Rules

1. A signed and fully completed rental agreement with names, ages, and photo ID must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. The person signing and staying must be at least 25 years old. No unregistered guests are allowed.
2. A $500 security deposit hold is required. A one-time $37 administrative fee applies to all bookings. Quiet hours are enforced from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am.
3. Guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the property to protect belongings.
4. Power outages may occur due to weather conditions; emergency flashlights are provided. No refunds are given for such events.
5. Air conditioning is installed only in the bedrooms. Bedroom doors should remain closed when the AC is running, and AC should not be left on in unoccupied rooms.
6. Third-party travel insurance is required to cover cancellations outside the property's policy.
7. Pets, smoking, loud music, commercial photography, parties, and events are not permitted.
8. Guests will complete verification through the third-party provider Truvi before arrival to comply with short-term rental regulations and ensure safety.

Wildlife and Insects Notice

The property is located in a natural environment, so guests may encounter insects such as ants, mosquitoes, or spiders, as well as wildlife like snakes, lizards, or other native animals. While precautions are taken to minimize these encounters, experiencing local flora and fauna is part of the stay.
