We had a wonderful stay at Puerto Paraiso! The unit was beautiful, modern, and spotless. Loved the layout - having a private courtyard with a separate main suite plus 2 bedrooms in the main condo worked perfectly for our group. Security was excellent and super friendly, and the gym was fantastic with an amazing view overlooking the marina - I used it every day. Location couldn't be more convenient. The condos are right above a shopping mall with a supermarket, so it was easy to grab groceries, and there's even a Walmart just a few minutes away. The only downside was construction noise in front of the mall. Our unit overlooked that area and even with the soundproof windows it was loud. Sounds like it will continue for a few more months. The host was truly a pleasure to work with and the transportation service they arranged was excellent. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend staying here!

We loved this apartment, but there is construction work happening that made it difficult to get to the main level of the marina with a baby stroller (had to go to mall elevator). It was quite loud.

amazing location on the marina and extremely nice staff. the only con was one of the bedrooms had a strong sewer smell which got better as time went on. still doing construction in the courtyard but noise didn’t bother us. balcony view was wonderful

We had an excellent stay at the Capitalia. I only marked the registration process as complicated due to its location in the Paraiso Mall and confusion about which floors to go up without the proper credentials. That being said, the response to our problem finding the way in was handled very well and we were met cordially by the staff (Renee and Fernanda). Their communication via WhatsAp or text was almost immediate and were always welcoming and freindly. Once we got the lay of the location and access, our stay was trouble free. Capitalia iss located in the heart of the harbor easy walking distance to our favorite restaurants (Tony's, La Chatita, Guss's) and the downtown area. The three-bedroom layout was perfect for three couples, and the back patio, an excellent way to start the day with coffee and pastries from the Chedraui Market Panderia. We go to Cabo annually and always extend our stay before or after our timeshare week and will use Capitalia each year if available.

I rarely post reviews, but I felt it was important in this case. We had several issues that disrupted our stay and resulted in a disappointing experience. First, I wish it had been made clear that a major renovation was underway at the mall below the suite. There was jackhammering on concrete happening from 7am until the late afternoon. It was directly below our balcony and impossible to escape the noise. Additionally, on the topic of noise, there was an A/C vent for the mall that went across our courtyard, which separated the front bedrooms and back bedrooms, which had some mechanical issues. The rattling nearly outcompeted the jackhammering and did not turn off until late in the evening when the mall shut down. Finally, the back bedrooms reeked of sewage. I messaged our host and site manager and received an apology. Our contacts were very responsive, which I appreciate, but the lack of any offer to change rooms or give a discount failed to address our disappointing experience.

Perfect stay, everyone was very friendly. The amenities were better than I expected. They have chairs and umbrellas that we took to the beach. Everything was excellent✨
