We liked : - the location of the appartment right above the marina it was easy to go the mall, the beach and marina. - good size for our group - concierge to help you book activities and taxis We didn’t like : - no AC in the main room and they couldn’t solve before we left. - no microwave - difficult to find a outlet to plug our stuff - doors between bedroom and bathroom impossible to close/open - hot tub was too hot and took one day to cool down so we couldn’t use it. We got lucky to come during the weekend because there is work done on the mall so might be noisy. Also we should have asked for water bottle delivery instead of doing it ourself.

We had a wonderful stay at Puerto Paraiso! The unit was beautiful, modern, and spotless. Loved the layout - having a private courtyard with a separate main suite plus 2 bedrooms in the main condo worked perfectly for our group. Security was excellent and super friendly, and the gym was fantastic with an amazing view overlooking the marina - I used it every day. Location couldn't be more convenient. The condos are right above a shopping mall with a supermarket, so it was easy to grab groceries, and there's even a Walmart just a few minutes away. The only downside was construction noise in front of the mall. Our unit overlooked that area and even with the soundproof windows it was loud. Sounds like it will continue for a few more months. The host was truly a pleasure to work with and the transportation service they arranged was excellent. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend staying here!
