Truly a paradise to linger in. We felt very comfortable there.

We truly loved our stay at Casa Viva - a great mix of jungle & beach settings. The house was perfect for us and our two teenagers. I’ve stayed in this area of CR before and this property was by far the best. So well kept. Carlos was incredibly helpful with anything we needed and with recommendations and activities too.

Out stay was great. It was a such a unique experience staying on the ocean and in the Jungle. The bungalow and grounds are so beautiful. And a great area away from normal tourist type traps.

This was our fourth visit in 20 years and still amazing as ever. The craftsmanship of the houses is outstanding. Its an oasis of peace and quiet amongst the monkeys, sloths, birds, agoutis … The beach towels and beach chairs were a nice addition and the daily housekeeping was very much appreciated. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

We loved Casa Viva and would stay again if we ever find ourselves in punto uva. Carlos was very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay.

This place was better than we could’ve expected. It was so good that we extended our stay. The house was perfect and in the most beautiful tropical setting. We were given so many wonderful local recommendations and we love the area and Casa Viva so much. Refresh coconuts every morning was a special touch. I loved waking up in the morning and relaxing in the hammock and listening to the jungle sounds. The most beautiful and quiet beach was only steps away, and we all loved the outdoor shower when we returned from a swim. We will return soon!!!! This place was pure heaven as far as we were concerned.

Put the world on pause and enter the paradise. simply perfect - thank you for the great experience !

It was amazing! It was a wonderful place to just be. We really enjoyed the bungalow (nr 1) and being so close to the beach.

The houses are fantastically located directly on the sea. Each house is on its own - with full privacy. The gardeners spontaneously bring a coconut or a fruit from the garden. The sloth hangs in the tree. The house is spacious and comfortable. In a few steps, you are on the secluded beach. The tips for excursions around the corner were all totally correct - renting canoes was easy. Snorkeling one beach further on the reef was a highlight for the children. One of the best places to stay on the 4-week trip. Of course, also because the people of the Caribbean are easy-going. A fantastic end to our trip - we would have liked to have missed our flight and stayed a little longer ;-)

Casa viva is a wonderful place, surrounded by lush vegetation and the sounds of the rainforest and the sea. The path to the sea is already a beautiful experience with many colorful flowers. In the village there are many cozy restaurants. Nicole welcomed us in a very friendly way and gave us very good restaurant recommendations. In the evening, the meadow in front of the house was full of fireflies - Simply magical! We want to come back! Thank you very much, Elke
