2BR Bungalow in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca

Carlos was always available, and the place with direct beach access is an absolute dream. We stayed in Bungalow No. 1, right at the front by the beach, and could always hear the waves well. Many animals (monkeys, sloths, agoutis, raccoons, macaws, etc.) could be observed right on the property. The building does not have windowpanes, as it is always warm enough. This took some getting used to for us Europeans, but we got used to it after just a short time. We would come back to Casa Viva any time!

2BR Bungalow in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca

Our second time here. Hard to find a more peaceful beach front property in the area. Perfect for our family of 6 w/ young children. Kayaks, boogie boards, beach chairs and friendly staff keeps everything fresh daily.
