If it is 10 adults, two of them are going to be sharing the bunk. There is no internal staircase- this is effectively three separate units connected by a covered outdoor stair system. Villa Jardin is a multi-level property, what can be a challenge for anyone with mobility difficulties. Off the pool deck are two king bedrooms with en suite shower bathrooms, and abundant closet space. The bedrooms are separated by a satellite kitchen and living space. This is a full kitchen less the oven, with Smeg and Liebherr appliances and Cuisinart cookware. Upstairs is the principal kitchen and living space, and another king bedroom that shares its shower bathroom with the living space. This kitchen is a professional grade kitchen with Wolf and Gaggenau appliances and Viking cookware. The casita features a queen bed and a separate double bunk bedroom. All those beds share one bathroom. This is perfect for a family of six, or 4 adults who are comfortable sharing sleeping and showering quarters, and there is ample closet space to support six. The casita also has its own satellite kitchen nearly identical to the satellite kitchen off the pool deck, with the same appliances and cookware. The casita queen and bunk are separated by a wall and solid wood door, but anyone in the bunk who needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night will need to pass by the queen. All three kitchens feature ice makers. There is a new heavy duty BBQ. The bar features two small refrigerators, two TVs and an electronic dartboard. There is some tasteful, provocative art. Guest access The whole house is available less the laundry room and storage bodegas. Other things to note A private chef is available upon request, as is transport, etc.

Balconies and patios are available throughout the villa, surrounded by lush gardens. Parking accommodates three large SUVs. The home is outfitted with top-tier materials and appliances, ensuring a quiet and ultra-comfortable stay, supported by dedicated staff.

## Accommodation Details

The villa can comfortably sleep 10 adults or 8 adults with 4 children. When accommodating 8 adults and 4 kids, two adults share the casita queen bedroom and bathroom with the children in the bunkhouse. For 10 adults, two guests will share the bunk beds. 

There is no internal staircase; instead, the property consists of three separate units connected by a covered outdoor stairway. This layout may present challenges for guests with mobility issues.

### Bedrooms and Kitchens

- Off the pool deck are two king bedrooms, each with an en suite shower bathroom and ample closet space. These rooms are separated by a satellite kitchen and living area. This satellite kitchen includes Smeg and Liebherr appliances and Cuisinart cookware but does not have an oven.

- Upstairs is the main kitchen and living area, along with another king bedroom that shares its shower bathroom with the living space. The main kitchen is equipped with professional-grade Wolf and Gaggenau appliances and Viking cookware.

- The casita contains a queen bedroom and a separate double bunk bedroom, both sharing one bathroom. This setup suits a family of six or four adults comfortable sharing sleeping and bathroom facilities. The casita also has ample closet space and its own satellite kitchen, similar to the one by the pool deck, with the same appliances and cookware.

The queen bedroom and bunkhouse in the casita are separated by a solid wood door, but anyone using the bunkhouse bathroom at night must pass by the queen bedroom.

All three kitchens include ice makers. Additionally, there is a new heavy-duty barbecue grill.
