During our stay, we ran out of water twice. The pool has loose tiles that caused one of my children to cut himself, and we had to wear water shoes inside because there were a lot of pieces inside. The stove didn't work, and none of the grills worked. And there was a day when there was no privacy. There were workers inside the house on the roof right in front of the pool, and I had never been notified that they would be there. That really disappointed me. I spent more time asking them to fix those details than enjoying myself. Another day, suddenly, we saw someone inside the house without greeting us or telling us who they were or what they were doing there, and in the afternoon we found the garage open. I know it wasn't my house, but while I'm renting it, I assume it's mine since our belongings were inside and my family was there. I'm sure that for a Mexican or anyone else, that's not pleasant because you don't feel safe or comfortable since there's no privacy. Ms. Rox is very nice. You helped us a lot with the cleaning. Thank you.

It met all our expectations: comfort, space, amenities, cleanliness. The property is very well maintained in a quiet area. It was much more spacious than we thought from the photos. Communication was always attentive, prompt, and clear. Great for large families or multiple families. The kitchen is very complete, and if you add the barbecue, it's no problem to get organized and not leave the property and enjoy it.

The residence we rented in Puerto Aventuras met all our expectations. The house was really clean and everything (mainly utilities such as lighting, plumbing, appliances, Wi-Fi, and A/C ) worked well. Beautiful decorations inside and outside the house. All the other amenities were available. The pool was nice for family relaxation. Will definitely rent again in the future. Thanks for allowing us the pleasure of your beautiful home!!

We had a great time in this very beautiful house. Sergio Alan and his team were always very helpful and recommended a great boat trip with Thomas as skipper and one night they recommended two chefs who made a marvelous dinner for us. All people were very friendly and the daily cleaning service was a great treat. We can absolutely recommend the house and the stay. The view from the house is wonderful, you see water, palm trees and some boat lessons from the boat / surf school at the other side of the marina. The house has all what one needs, the kitchen is well equipped so that we were able to cook for ourselves without any problems. Thanks for everything, we truly appreciated your hospitality!

This place is amazing, I stayed with my family and being a large family we really appreciated the comfort of the rooms that are large, all have a bathroom and very comfortable beds. The place is impeccable and clean, they have all the kitchen and laundry utensils so that nothing is ever missing. We would definitely return to this beautiful place, we always felt right at home.
