4BR Villa in Nuevo Vallarta

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Nicoya! The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable—everything we needed for a great trip. Lisa was an amazing host: responsive, welcoming, and so helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.

This Airbnb was a perfect fit for my group of 8. It’s incredibly beautiful and has all the amenities you need. It’s well stocked and has amazing views of the town and beach. It is very close to action albeit up a very steep hill, but that was not an issue for my group. Carlos, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and was willing to go out of his way to accommodate any questions and requests we had. After our trip was over, we all went around and said what our favorite thing was and this Airbnb was at the top of almost everyone’s list!

I can't say enough about how beautiful this place really is. Perfect location (we actually loved the steep stairs, but if you have folks who aren't mobile, I can imagine this NOT being the place for you). We all were very happy with how our legs felt about this trip. Cannot recommend it enough. The pool was fantastic.. I recommend the home cooked meal.
