The Space
This elegant and tasteful beachfront apartment in Real Diamante offers direct access to a white sand beach and features a large private terrace. Situated in a low-rise building, the luxury residence includes an expansive terrace with panoramic ocean views and a plunge pool.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with four bedrooms, each having an ensuite bathroom:
- Master bedroom: King-size bed, private balcony overlooking the ocean, ensuite bathroom with double vanity marble sinks, jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower, and closet space.
- Second master bedroom: Direct access to the main terrace, ensuite bathroom with marble sink, walk-in shower, and closet space.
- Third bedroom: Two side-by-side single beds, ensuite bathroom with marble sink, walk-in shower, and closet space.
- Fourth bedroom: Two side-by-side double beds, small private balcony with views of the garden, pool, and ocean, ensuite bathroom with double vanity marble sinks, walk-in shower, and closet space.
An additional small bed can be arranged upon request.
The fully equipped kitchen is spacious, bright, and modern, including appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, juicer, and blender, along with all necessary cooking equipment and full service for your group.
The dining and living areas are ample and open directly onto the main terrace. Furnished simply and tastefully, the space ensures comfort without concern for the furniture.
The large terrace overlooks the sea and Revolcadero beach and includes a built-in Jacuzzi pool (not heated). It offers uninterrupted panoramic views of both sunrise inland and sunset over the ocean. Binoculars are provided for guests to enjoy the diverse wildlife, including sea and shore birds, dolphins, various fish species, and seasonal sea turtles nesting on the beach.
The apartment features rustic stone flooring that remains cool and discreet recessed lighting throughout. A gentle ocean breeze keeps the living and sleeping areas comfortable, supplemented by silent overhead fans in each room. Note that the apartment does not have air conditioning.

Guests arriving from the international airport or Mexico City by road can reach the property without driving through the city.
The Development and Apartment Complex
The apartment is part of the exclusive, family-oriented Real Diamante complex located within the upscale Punta Diamante development. The complex consists of five low-rise buildings housing a total of 30 units.
Security is a priority, with three layers of 24-hour private security. Access from the road is strictly controlled, and security personnel are present around the clock within the complex. All on-site staff undergo thorough vetting, background checks, and searches upon entry and exit. The development is family-friendly, with the main security concern being occasional visits from raccoons from the nearby forested area.

Overall a bad experience. I've had many good experiences with Airbnb, but this was the only bad one. The place lacks maintenance, the kitchen is in deplorable condition, there were many odors in the bathrooms, and the staff they provide for service and food have a terrible attitude. They don't have air conditioning, which for Acapulco and the price, I think should be a requirement. The ocean view is very nice, but there are many like it for a better price and better service.

We had a wonderful stay at Ana's apartment in Acapulco. From the first moment, communication with her was excellent: always very clear, friendly, and attentive to any questions or requests we had. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and perfectly maintained. Just like the pictures. It has a beautiful view. In addition, Ana gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit, restaurants and activities in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to highlight the staff who work in the apartment. They are always very friendly, efficient and make sure that everything is fine. Ana's apartment is spectacular. It has a beautiful view, and it's very spacious and comfortable. The only difficulty is that it doesn't have air conditioning. There are very powerful fans, but it's quite hot, so that makes the stay a bit difficult. However, there's a jacuzzi and pools to cool off. The condominium is quite large, so it is necessary to rent a car. There are no stores nearby, but you can order through apps. We use Rappi to order from Soriana, but I know you can also order directly from Walmart. We could not access the beach from the condominium because the tide was very high and, according to what the people who live in the area told us, the tide has been like this in that area for 4 months. So, it was necessary to go to the beaches by car. However, if you are looking for a place to rest and not move around much in the city, the apartment has everything. The view is the most beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable. Everything was very clean, too. Thank you.

The host responded quickly. The accommodation is nice, has a spectacular view, and has direct access to the sea, but it is very dangerous, at least during the time I stayed, so we had to drive to the beach in front of the Princess Hotel. Kassandra cooks very well and was very kind.

The place is super nice, as seen in the photos or even better. It's inside a private residential development, so it's very quiet. It has a private jacuzzi, several pools, and bar service at good prices. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and you can see that it is constantly maintained. One of the best things about the trip was the communication with Ana, who is the host. She was always super attentive to anything we needed, responded super quickly and was very friendly, and they even gave us welcome gifts. Something to keep in mind is that you need a car if you want to go shopping or get around the area. Overall, we leave with a very good impression of this apartment and especially of the host, Ana.

We had a great experience. Ana answered all our questions and we received great support from her. The place is beautiful, and the spaces are very spacious and perfect. Unfortunately, we couldn't go down to the beach because of the rough sea, but the pools were excellent. However, in hot weather, we do consider air conditioning necessary for greater comfort.
