Villa Montelimar
Villa Montelimar is a distinctive Nicaraguan beachfront retreat located one hour from Managua. The property is accessible via excellent roads and features private stairs leading directly to the beach, spectacular sunsets, a swimming pool with a shower, flower and fruit gardens, two large terraces, hammocks, a powder room, and an on-site caretaker.
A new cook with experience in local hotels is available from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. She is well-mannered, respectful, and happy to assist. Special arrangements may be possible if you require service outside these hours.

Guest Access
The property is easy to reach from a well-paved main highway. Turn right at the fork before entering Masachapa; the property is located on the left-hand side.
Guests have private access to the beach via the property's own stairs.
Energy Usage
The rental includes 25 kilowatt-hours of electricity per night, which is sufficient to operate all three air conditioners for no more than six hours per night at a moderately cool temperature.
This limit helps prevent excessive all-day air-conditioning use, keeps rental rates lower, and encourages responsible energy consumption. The energy meter is recorded upon arrival and departure. Any usage exceeding 25 kilowatt-hours per night will be charged at US$1.00 per additional kilowatt-hour.
Within 24 hours of checkout, the host will send a payment request through the Airbnb platform. Any additional charges must be paid within 72 hours.

Jenny was super friendly. We arrived a little early and she allowed us to check in early. She also let us leave a little later. She was always friendly and responded very quickly to messages. The garden of the house is a sight to behold. All areas are clean and everything is in order. The service staff is excellent. Don Roberto recommended where to buy fresh seafood at the market, and Doña Nelly cooked it! Everything was wonderful. Thank you very much, Jenny, for sharing your home with us!

Jenny's house is spacious and has comfortable hallways; the pool and garden are very nice and in good condition. Jenny is very friendly and always available to communicate; Don Roberto (the caretaker) is also very helpful and was always available to help us. However, the cleanliness of the house is quite poor, especially in areas such as the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The beds and the closet shelves were covered in dust; in my case, since I travel with my baby, I had to clean all the surfaces with damp towels upon arrival. The showers in the bathrooms and the toilets also looked dirty, as did the kitchen cabinets and all the utensils inside them; they were dusty and covered in grease. In the description, it mentions a service person to help with cooking and cleaning during the stay; however, the person was only available to help on one occasion.

Our stay at Villa Montelimar was excellent!! The house is very comfortable, it has different areas for the recreation of the whole family, the cleaning is complete and the people who assist in the house are very friendly and respectful. The condo park is a very nice place for games or just for a relaxed walk and the security is unbeatable. We really enjoyed Villa Montelimar, I highly recommend it!!

The place was great, close to restaurant, with pool and on the beach. I will rent there again with a large group. Only thing care taker tend to hover a bit but it's a hit or miss if you like that level of attention (we didn't).
