Jenny was super friendly. We arrived a little early and she allowed us to check in early. She also let us leave a little later. She was always friendly and responded very quickly to messages. The garden of the house is a sight to behold. All areas are clean and everything is in order. The service staff is excellent. Don Roberto recommended where to buy fresh seafood at the market, and Doña Nelly cooked it! Everything was wonderful. Thank you very much, Jenny, for sharing your home with us!

Jenny's house is spacious and has comfortable hallways; the pool and garden are very nice and in good condition. Jenny is very friendly and always available to communicate; Don Roberto (the caretaker) is also very helpful and was always available to help us. However, the cleanliness of the house is quite poor, especially in areas such as the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The beds and the closet shelves were covered in dust; in my case, since I travel with my baby, I had to clean all the surfaces with damp towels upon arrival. The showers in the bathrooms and the toilets also looked dirty, as did the kitchen cabinets and all the utensils inside them; they were dusty and covered in grease. In the description, it mentions a service person to help with cooking and cleaning during the stay; however, the person was only available to help on one occasion.
