The Ocean View, the Design and the Parking set it apart from the rest. My family and I have stayed a dozen times in Las Catalinas in all kinds of houses, and each one has its own character, so it's important to highlight what makes each one different and see which one best suits the needs of each family. This house has a very nice view of the sea from the balcony, the living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom upstairs. This is priceless. On the other hand, since it is among the first houses on Calle La Penca, it is the only area where you can access by vehicle and park it in the house's own garage. Otherwise, you have to walk to the general parking lot, which can be 50 to 400 meters away depending on where you are staying, so this can be a very important plus. The check-in was super easy, the communication was very fluid, and personally, I really liked the three-story design of the house!!

We only got to stay one night in this gorgeous town, but wow! What a cool little place. Ely’s townhome definitely comes with lots and lots of steps—the result of a mountain build, for sure. Security gate upon arrival. We were there during slow season and there was almost no one else around. Everything was so quiet. We did have an issue with the AC units upstairs and difficulty in getting them running. We eventually were able to get the one going in the kitchen/living room, but the master didn’t work and Ely stopped responding to messages. We were able to crank up the living area and leave the bedroom door open and that worked well enough for the night. Be aware that, while very close to the beach club, this rental did not come with membership. You have to pay separately, by the day, for access. Definitely recommend for a great stay in Las Catalinas.

WONDERFUL HOUSE IN CRETE 😍 It's paradise on earth, the sunrises, the sunsets, the views. What a beautiful place to stay. Also with all the comforts to spend a few quiet and happy days on the beach. As if that weren't enough, Las Catalinas alone is a spectacular neighborhood. My family and I fell in love with this beautiful spot. We will definitely always come back. Thank you so much Ely for your kindness and for hosting us in this paradise.
