The Ocean View, the Design and the Parking set it apart from the rest. My family and I have stayed a dozen times in Las Catalinas in all kinds of houses, and each one has its own character, so it's important to highlight what makes each one different and see which one best suits the needs of each family. This house has a very nice view of the sea from the balcony, the living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom upstairs. This is priceless. On the other hand, since it is among the first houses on Calle La Penca, it is the only area where you can access by vehicle and park it in the house's own garage. Otherwise, you have to walk to the general parking lot, which can be 50 to 400 meters away depending on where you are staying, so this can be a very important plus. The check-in was super easy, the communication was very fluid, and personally, I really liked the three-story design of the house!!
