We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Isla Mujeres. The house is beautifully designed, very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The private pool was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was very responsive, attentive, and always available when we needed anything. The only issue we had was with the AC in one of the bedrooms. The host quickly sent someone to fix it, which we really appreciated, Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this house and would be happy to stay here again!

This place was so dirty. They did ultimate refund the part of the stay but we immediately had to get a new Airbnb. The pool needs fixed up, the furniture is terrible and they just have slip on covers over it. Counters and tables were covered in dirty smudges and they tried to call it wear and tear. Even after they supposedly sent cleaners while we were out it was still filthy. I did put photos on google and told them the owners need to go take a look at the condition of this place. I would never recommend this company to anyone

Very disappointed considering all the good reviews this house had. The house is beautiful however there were more downs than ups. We had no AC in our kids' bedroom and no water for 2 days which caused us to leave early. The refund issued was a total joke and didn’t even cover what was paid per night. When we started to send host issues they addressed it the next day with zero urgency. The bed and sheets in one bedroom were covered with ants and I’m not sure what bug kept biting us all over but that happened in all bedrooms. The water in the pool, temperature-wise, was hotter than a hot tub therefore it was impossible to cool down and relax. Walked up to the rooftop once and there were outdoor roaches all over so we never went back up. Those are all over the house and outside as well. The housekeeper was more helpful than the host which was very disappointing. We would never stay here again.

It was a trip with my friends and we loved it. The house is very large and spacious, the area is quiet and easy to get to, and the rooftop has an incredible view. We were very comfortable. I recommend it!!!
