The Space

Villa Felicidad is located within El Pedregal, Cabo’s prestigious gated community, just a short walk from downtown Cabo, the marina, restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the iconic Cabo Wabo Cantina. The villa is also one block from the exclusive Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, placing you in one of Cabo’s most desirable areas while maintaining privacy, security, and peace of mind.
This spacious two-story villa offers approximately 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. It is designed for guests seeking comfort, privacy, scenic views, and an authentic Cabo experience.

Main Floor
The main floor features an open, inviting layout with:

Bedrooms on the Main Floor
- Master Bedroom 1: Located inside the main house near the kitchen, with a California king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with double sinks.
- Detached Master Suite 2: Located outside the main entrance hall, across from the kitchen door. This secluded suite includes a California king bed, private ensuite bathroom, natural rock details, and a private porch with a coffee table. It is a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee, sunrise views, or an evening drink.
Second Floor
The second floor includes three additional bedrooms and a spacious TV room.
- Detached Suite 3: Located near the pool area, with a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and convenient access to the outdoor living spaces.
- Master Bedroom 4: The villa’s largest bedroom, accommodating up to six guests with two queen beds and one queen sofa bed. It also includes a private ensuite bathroom with double sinks.
- Bedroom 5: Includes two full-size beds, an ensuite bathroom, and beautiful views of the Cabo marina and ocean.
The upstairs TV room provides another comfortable gathering space and includes:

The upstairs TV room includes two full-size sofa beds.
The villa is prepared and stocked for up to 12 guests. If your group includes more than 12 guests, please notify us in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made. The maximum occupancy is 18 guests.

This Airbnb was definitely luxury!!!!!! It looked just like the pictures, Zuki was Amazing, clean place, nice security at the gate, and in the perfect location& amenities!!!! My only issue was with the ac units, the home was very hot when we arrived around 130pm for early check in. My only suggestion would be to turn on the ac units before guests arrive so that the home would've been cool upon arrival, it was very hot& took a while for the home to cool. I would definitely return, but not during the summer months for Cabo. Thanks so much Zuki& my group thoroughly enjoyed your place and extraordinary hospitality!!!!

We had the most incredible stay! We were a group of nine girls here for my bachelorette trip, and this Airbnb truly made the whole experience unforgettable. The gated community was beautiful, the pool had an amazing view, and the space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The host was amazing-very responsive, helpful, and quick to assist with anything that came up. They went above and beyond by providing all the essentials we needed for the weekend, including cups, toilet paper, towels, and other thoughtful touches. They even had leftover bachelorette goodies from a previous guest that we were able to use, which was such a fun surprise! Everyone was blown away by the views and the space. We had the best time and it truly made my bachelorette trip so special. We would absolutely stay here again! The only thing to note is that it is not that close to walk to town, but it was never an issue — Ubers were easy & affordable. Thank you so much for making this experience amazing.

Had an amazing stay at Zuki’s. The location was really close to town. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. And the place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our group of 9. Would recommend staying here with a group whenever in Cabo!

Zuki’s place is absolutely magical. It is in the most beautiful location in a very deluxe neighborhood in Cabo. I came here for my bachelorette party and we comfortably slept 12 girls. Zuki’s house has everything you could ever need to cook, relax, and have a good time. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous! We all slept amazing and had plenty of space. Zuki had great communication and promptly answered all our questions. You definitely have to experience Zuki’s paradise stay in Cabo :)

Excellent property with a wonderful host that was very responsive. We really appreciated the lax check out instructions. View is gorgeous and the property is well cared for. They even responded in the middle of the night to some of my requests, which wasn’t expected!

All of the outdoor spaces and the views are key to this Cabo house! I worked with Mitzi who excellently handled all of our many requests for dinners, transport & the front entrance light replacement. The house has a unique floor plan but worked perfect for our party of 10 with a chef dinner for 14 on my birthday night (although the main table was very tight!). All AC worked great, the pool room is a bit dated but comfortable & clean. There are 2 king bed rooms, and all other rooms are full size beds … not queens. Chef dinners were excellent! There’s an ideal Whole Foods type market walkable just down the street. Only issue was getting Uber’s mapping system to get to the house. We had to micro manage every Uber. The Pedregal entrance on Camino Conejo is the quickest route to the house. Otherwise they will drive you all around the Pedregal hills

This house was perfect for our annual trip with 8 women. The house and especially the outdoor spaces allowed plenty of room and the home is beautifully appointed. We really enjoyed the meals prepared by chefs and poolside massages arranged for us by the concierge. The views are stunning and the neighborhood is quiet.

The property was in a fantastic location and in a safe, gated community. It had amazing views of Cabo and the Marina. It is a short 10-15 minute walk to the downtown core. The villa was very nice and spacious, perfect for a big group. I would definitely come back to stay again!
