As you noted, we remained responsive, accommodating, and available throughout your stay, and we did everything possible to address the delay caused by the previous guests, who failed to check out on time despite our staff’s efforts. Because Villa Felicidad is a large home, it was unfortunately not possible to have it fully cleaned and prepared in only two hours, even after we brought in additional staff to accelerate the process. We worked continuously to get the villa ready as quickly as possible while still maintaining proper standards. As a gesture of goodwill, we also compensated your group for the delay by covering the time beyond check-in that was needed to finish preparing the villa, as well as your Uber transportation and lunch. We always make every effort to handle unexpected situations fairly and professionally, especially when the issue is outside our control. For that reason, we do feel your rating does not fully reflect the level of care, responsiveness, and compensation provided during your stay.
