We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect and well stocked with everything we needed, from board games and cookware to pool towels and thoughtful details that made us feel comfortable. The host was wonderful and extremely responsive, even helping us make dinner reservations before arrival. The woman who works with the owner gave us a warm welcome, helped put away our groceries, had beers waiting on ice, and made fresh guacamole. The housekeeper also did an amazing job with the dishes, laundry, and cleaning. The location was great — about a 10-minute drive to downtown Cabo, walking distance to a grocery store and coffee shop, and close to a private beach. We also felt very safe, thanks to the attentive gate security. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return!

What a beautiful villa! Every part of the villa was detailed in a way that felt welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Agueda was an exceptional host. She was communicative and helpful leading up to the trip and throughout if we had a question or needed something. She went out of her way to help reserve a dinner reservation to give us a great table! Any question we had was met with a quick and helpful response. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay in Águedas beautiful home. communication was superb. Home leaves nothing to be desired. Don’t hesitate to book Casa Chiquitita.

Casa chiquitita is a true gem in the Cabo Bello community area. Very open concept with a good flow indoors. 10 min uber from main downtown area. Clara the house keeper was extremely thorough and made our place extremely clean in a fast efficient manner. Everyone was very responsive for any requests last minute!

Our group of six had an unforgettable stay! The home was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and value, with beautiful king suites, incredible amenities, and a layout that made us feel at home from day one. Communication with Agueda was outstanding—professional, responsive, and incredibly organized. Every detail, from excursions to groceries and chef menus, was planned flawlessly. Laura welcomed us, had everything stocked before arrival, and even made an extra grocery run so we could make homemade salsa. Karla, our housekeeper, graciously came in on her usual day off to care for our group and was attentive, thoughtful, and truly exceptional. Chef Hassan elevated the entire experience with restaurant-quality meals, beautiful presentation, and outstanding service. We even agreed his food was better than the restaurant we visited! We can’t recommend this home enough and will absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Agueda, Laura, Karla, and Chef Hassan!

My husband and I brought our adult children to Cabo for a family vacation and the house was a perfect place for us. Agueda was responsive to me and my guests. The house was pristine and well appointed, the photos didn't do it justice. The community was secure and the beach was beautiful. The cleaning and service staff were top notch. I would happily return!

We had an exceptional stay at Agueda’s. She helped with all the pre-planning coordinating dinner reservations, transportation and a boat charter. The house was perfect for a girls weekend and about a 15min walk to the beach. We hope to return soon!!
