We have a beach just a 7-minute walk away within the subdivision.<br/>When we talked about the TV and damaged furniture, it was cleared up and nothing was charged.<br/>For us, cleanliness is a plus for our guests. However, if they don't need it, we can discuss it at check-in and cancel it.
