Important Booking Information

Please review all “Show More” sections, arrows, and the complete amenities list before booking so you are familiar with the details of your stay.

A full day’s notice is required for next-day bookings. For example, if you plan to arrive on the 5th at 3:00 p.m., you must complete your booking by midnight on the 3rd.

The Space

We host several two-bedroom condos through Airbnb and Infinity Bay’s reservation system. Because both platforms accept bookings simultaneously, your specific condo number is assigned at check-in.

You may request a particular building or floor when you arrive. If your preference is available, Infinity Bay’s staff will be happy to accommodate you. All of our two-bedroom condos have the same general layout, décor, furnishings, amenities, and air-conditioned elevators, so the accommodations will be substantially the same regardless of the assigned unit.

• First-floor condos include a private patio.
• Condos on all other floors include a private balcony.
• The listing photos represent the typical appearance of most of our two-bedroom condos.

Included With Your Stay

The following are included for all guests in your condo:

• Shuttle service to and from Roatan airport or ferry port upon arrival and departure, available from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Daily breakfast at the International Buffet from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• Gym access
• Kayaks
• Beach lounge chairs
• Beach towels

For beach towels, you will receive a towel ticket. Exchange the ticket for a towel at the kiosk near La Palapa Bar, where a staff member will assist you. When finished, return the towel to the kiosk to receive your ticket back for future use. Please bring the ticket with you when you check out.

If you arrive on the island after the final shuttle of the day, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for a taxi to the resort. The approximate cost is $30–$40 USD.

A coffee maker is not provided because the complimentary daily breakfast includes coffee.

Kitchen

The kitchen includes:

• One pot

• One large bowl

If any listed items are missing, contact the front desk for replacements. If you are unable to get the assistance you need, message us through the Airbnb website or app, and we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The local mini-market at West Bay Mall is approximately a three-minute walk from the back of the resort on West Bay Road. You can purchase items such as mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, dishwashing soap, shampoo, and paper towels there.

Alternatively, contact the front desk to arrange transportation by resort van to Eldon’s, the island’s larger grocery and variety store. The cost is $50 for up to four people, plus $10 for each additional person.

Kitchen towels are not provided. Contact the front desk or housekeeping to request additional hand towels for daily use in the kitchen instead of paper towels.

Water and Ice

Please do not use the refrigerator’s ice or water dispensers. Contact the front desk to request a bag of ice.

Tap water is potable and safe to drink. If you prefer not to drink it, you may request a five-gallon water jug or dispenser for your condo. A $5 charge will be added at checkout.

Laundry

The condo’s washer and dryer are not available for guest use. The resort offers laundry service; contact the front desk for assistance.

Air Conditioning

The air conditioning operates best at 72°F. During hot weather, setting the temperature below 72°F for extended periods may cause the air-conditioning motor to freeze and stop working.

Internet and Wi-Fi

Roatan has one internet and cable provider, and service is not always reliable. Unsecured Wi-Fi is available in the condo, although the signal may be weak in the bedrooms.

Your Wi-Fi password is your condo number. Secured Wi-Fi is available in the resort lobby, which has chairs and couches for guest use. Ask the front desk for the secured network name and password.

Other Important Information

All appliances in the condo are electric, so a carbon monoxide alarm is not required.

If you need assistance during your stay, contact the front desk first, as they can usually help more quickly than we can. Remember to return all beach towel tickets and card keys when you check out.

We will send check-in instructions and other important information at least three days before your arrival.
