Everything is very nice, with comfortable beds and rooms. Super nice to rest. The chef cooks delicious food and is very attentive. Highly recommended property

The house is very nice, comfortable and has an excellent view of Valle de Bravo Lake. Communication with the host was always good, and the stay was pleasant overall. There was a situation that I think is important to mention. In the pantry and other storage areas, there were the owner's food and drinks that were not identified or protected. As guests, we used those same spaces to store our purchases, since they are naturally the places intended for that purpose, so several products ended up getting mixed up and it was difficult to distinguish which ones belonged to the host and which ones belonged to our group. This created an awkward confusion during the stay, as we were asked to replace some products that were even partially consumed. I believe that, to avoid misunderstandings, food and beverages for the owner's personal use should be clearly labeled or, ideally, kept locked up or in a space dedicated to them.

The place is amazing!! With fantastic views, and everything matched the photos. The hosts, Jacob, Pepe, and Mary, were super attentive!! My family was very satisfied, and it was a few days spent as a family in the best place.

Amazing house and a spectacular view. The staff were super attentive to anything we needed and all very friendly. The temazcal was amazing!

Beautiful place, amazing views, very clean. It looks exactly like the pictures and even better. The only thing is that it has a lot of stairs to go from the pool to the kitchen, so if you have a person with a disability or someone with knee problems, it would be challenging.

This place was amazing, the views were beautiful the house was beautiful overall a 10/10 and Angelica was amazing she helped with everything we needed and cooked for us 🙏🏽
