We had the most wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. We loved the location. Close to town, is walkable but we mostly took Ubers. The grocery store is literally next door and we loved the restaurant Rural that was also so close. The house has literally everything you need and is just like the pictures. Perfect for our family of 6. We all had the best time!!!

The house was as listed and had everything you needed for a wonderful vacation. The house, pool and yard are very well up kept and is a great place to relax. The house amenities were plentiful and all worked. Kristena was very responsive and helped us out with anything we needed throughout the stay. I would 10/10 recommend booking here.

Our family (5 people) stayed for 12 days at the tropical oasis. The house is very well-equipped and very well-located. Situated just outside the city center, it offers a peaceful setting while still allowing you to enjoy the beaches and the city. However, we were very disappointed with the pool. When we arrived, it was very dirty. I had to send a photo of the algae and of a ball soiled with yellowish moss for them to take us seriously. The hosts were proactive; we asked maintenance to come quickly. The host told us it was due to the wind, and he mixed up the dirt with the pool water while we were waiting for the maintenance man!! Despite our efforts, the problem occurred again. Based on our observations, the limited filtration of 4–5 hours per night is not sufficient. We were told that filtering 24 hours a day would break the pump, yet the other pools in the area have the same facilities and filter day and night. In short, we were swimming in a pool of stagnant water. Otherwise, the house is A1.

We had a perfect stay at this property! We all agreed we have never stayed anywhere as properly represented by the photos as this rental. The home was beautiful, and left you wanting for nothing. The housewares were plentiful, clean, and in great shape. The yard was truly an oasis, and there were so many other little touches that made you feel right at home (our kiddos had a blast with the giant tub of Lego!). The beach/main strip of Tamarindo was just a short five minute car/golf cart ride away, and literally down the street were multiple grocery options and restaurants (Rural was wonderful) that you could walk to within two minutes. Kristena was a wonderful host and so quick to answer the few questions we had throughout our ten day stay. We were sad to leave and would love to come back 😊

Great stay! Loved that we were only a 10 min drive to downtown and beaches. It was so nice hanging out by the pool. We loved every detail of the stay! If you need a place to stay with a big group, definitely recommend this one!

We had an unforgettable stay at Kristena's place. The house was simply perfect in terms of cleanliness, layout and equipment. Everything was made available to us so that we could have a pleasant stay with very nice hospitality from our host. We would return without hesitation!
