Thank you again for staying with us. I am not sure what else we could have done about the pool. We had multiple extra pool cleanings during your stay due to weather conditions. Again the weather conditions in Costa Rica were very extreme during your stay with over 50 mile per hour wind storms kicking debris and dust at all times of the day. As you can see from our 5 star rating we always ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
