Cool place to stay. Close to the beach and everything is relatively new. Beautiful rooms and spacious lounge area. Only the rock garden is a bit unloving, but that's not that bad. Had a great time!

We enjoyed our family stay at this house near Playa Grande. It is located around 10 minutes by car from the beach. There is a supermarket to run basic errands nearby. The house itself matched the listing description and the photos are accurate. Unfortunately, during our stay we had to contact the managing company several times (there were only 6 bath towels instead of 8, there were only 3 wine glasses and we needed 6, the pool was supposed to be clean one day but the pool guy didn’t come and the front gate kept malfunctioning for two days in a row). Although they responded promptly we thought they could have paid more attention to those “little details”. Overall we think this house has a lot of potential given its location near Playa Grande.

We had a great stay. The home met our needs. Was clean and inviting.The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything worked as expected. Well stocked kitchen, although we didn't do any cooking. We preferred eating out at the many local restaurants nearby.We had a bit of trouble figuring out which house we rented as the Waze app didn't indicate that it was the 3rd house back from the road. Host was very responsive.

This accommodation is beautiful as seen in the photos. It is fully equipped with everything you need if you want to prepare your own food. It's very safe. If you bring pets, you should be careful because sometimes stray dogs enter the property. It is 7 minutes from Playa Grande and Playa Ventanas, 15 minutes from Playa Conchal by car. It has pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. The accommodation manager is in constant communication with you. We really enjoyed this place, highly recommended.

Really nice place! Host was great and super responsive. House is pretty well equipped and 5-10min from the beach. This is a perfect place for kids and dogs, ours really enjoyed it! The pool and ranch are just great for hanging outside. I’ll definitely come back here once more!
