3BR Luxury Villa in Playa Langosta

We enjoyed our stay in Tamarindo overall. The location is excellent, and the interior of the property was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There are, however, several areas that could be improved, particularly considering the price point. Security at the gate seemed somewhat questionable, as we were able to enter without being stopped or checked. There is also ongoing construction in the surrounding neighborhood, which can affect the atmosphere. The pool area is attractive, but privacy is limited because the surrounding vegetation is not very dense, and a large apartment building overlooks the corner property. The exterior of the house would also benefit from additional maintenance, including repairing broken lights and fixtures and refreshing areas of faded paint. Overall, a very nice property and a good stay, but based on the price we paid, I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.
