Casa Elsa is an exclusive, ocean view luxury vacation rental home located in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, featuring four bedrooms and five full baths. Casa Elsa combines over 7700 square feet of tropical paradise with the luxury and amenities that are sure to satisfy. To ensure everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we cannot accommodate children under 5 years old due to the spacing between cable railings. This can pose a fall risk for young children who may try to climb or slip through. Guest Access During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire property except for the two bedroom apartment on the ground level. We only rent to one family or group at a time, there will never be two different families/groups on the property at the same time. House Rules To ensure a wonderful stay for you and to respect our community, we ask that you please observe the following rules: 1. The primary guest booking and signing the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old. 2. A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required within 24 hours of booking. 3. Only registered guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on the property at any time. 4. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8 pm to 6 am. Loud music or noise is not permitted. Loud noise after 8pm can be grounds for eviction. 5. No pets, smoking, commercial photography, parties, or events are allowed. 6. A $500 security deposit hold is required prior to check-in. 7. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. Important Information * Children: For safety reasons, children under 5 years old are not permitted. The home features open cable railings and multiple levels (four stories) that present potential fall hazards for young children. * Security: For your security, cameras monitor the driveway, entrances, and gardens of the home. * Air Conditioning: AC is provided in the bedrooms only. Please keep bedroom doors closed when the AC is running and turn it off when the room is unoccupied. * Power Outages: As Costa Rica is a developing nation, occasional power outages can occur, especially during the rainy season. This is not unusual and typically lasts from a few minutes to a couple of hours. Emergency flashlights are provided. * Wildlife: Our property is in a natural jungle setting. You may encounter insects and local wildlife.
