Casa Elsa is a luxury vacation rental home in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, offering exclusive ocean views. This spacious property features four bedrooms and five full bathrooms within over 7,700 square feet of tropical living space. The villa blends luxury with natural surroundings to provide a comfortable and elegant retreat.

For safety reasons, children under 5 years old are not permitted due to the spacing between cable railings, which could pose fall risks.

The Space

Recently renovated, Casa Elsa is a sophisticated six-bedroom, seven-bathroom villa (note: description includes six bedrooms, but rental is for four bedrooms) designed with an open-concept layout that highlights stunning jungle and ocean views. The home is flooded with natural light and offers air-conditioned comfort in all bedrooms.

Accommodations sleep up to 10 guests and include:

• Two king beds
• One queen bed
• One bedroom with both a king and queen bed
• Two futons for additional sleeping flexibility

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The villa features five bathrooms with walk-in showers.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with:

• Custom teak cabinetry
• Quartz countertops
• Top-of-the-line appliances

For entertainment, there is a game room with a pool table and board games. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace, multiple security safes, and 200 MB Wi-Fi.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property except for a two-bedroom apartment on the ground level. Only one family or group is accommodated at a time, ensuring privacy.

The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away, along with a variety of restaurants, shops, and bars, providing a perfect balance of seclusion and convenience.

House Rules

1. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and sign the rental agreement.
2. A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required within 24 hours of booking.
3. Only registered guests listed on the rental agreement may be on the property.
4. Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 6 am; loud noise or music is prohibited and may result in eviction.
5. No pets, smoking, commercial photography, parties, or events are allowed.
6. A $500 security deposit hold is required before check-in.
7. Guests must complete verification through the third-party provider Truvi before arrival to ensure compliance with rental regulations and facilitate smooth check-in.

Important Information

• Children under 5 years old are not allowed due to safety concerns with open railings and multiple levels (four stories).
• Security cameras monitor the driveway, entrances, and gardens.
• Air conditioning is provided only in bedrooms; please keep bedroom doors closed when AC is running and turn it off when rooms are unoccupied.
• Power outages may occur occasionally, especially during the rainy season, lasting from a few minutes to a couple of hours. Emergency flashlights are provided.
• The property is set in a natural jungle environment, so encounters with insects and local wildlife are part of the authentic experience.
• Third-party travel insurance is required to cover cancellations beyond the rental policy.
