The Space

The master suite includes a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom also features a king-size bed, accommodating two guests. Additionally, the living room has a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two more guests. A private balcony offers a perfect spot to enjoy spectacular sunsets with friends and family.

Wildlife and Surroundings
The condominium overlooks a sloth conservation reserve managed by The Sloth Institute of Costa Rica. Wildlife sightings from the balcony are common and include:
- Three-toed sloths visiting the nearby cecropia tree
- Large iguanas in the surrounding trees
- Squirrel monkeys, capuchin monkeys, and howler monkeys, occasionally passing by the balcony
- Scarlet macaws being reintroduced to the area, sometimes landing on the property
- Toucans and a variety of colorful songbirds

Condo was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and had an incredible view. We appreciated the concierge services. Hazel was very helpful prior to arrival (answered all our questions and booked a tour for us). Onsite, Jorge was great with recommendations, securing cabs, and answering any questions. We loved the location - walked to restaurants and shopping and caught the bus to the beach right outside the condo. Overall great stay at Condo Paraiso!

This was our first trip to Costa Rica, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. Jorge and Hazel were great. Jorge was our on-site concierge and was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The condo was spotless and the views were amazing. We saw birds and monkeys, and heard the howler monkeys, though we never saw them. Truly a relaxing vacation spot centrally located and with easy access to groceries and excursions. Well maintained and relaxing! We really can't say enough good things! We will definitely come back.

The place is just like the pictures- spacious, clean, comfy beds, nice ac, great showers and spectacular views. The management company is terrific - especially Jorge who was there to greet us and shared lots of recommendations. They were quick to respond to emails as well. Some busy street traffic one night but overall not an issue. Great location for walking to cafes and restaurants. Easy to get to beaches and park by car, bus or cab.

We enjoyed our stay. Professional grade host and concierge who helped set up excursions and ensured a smooth stay. They were responsive and proactively reached out a few times to check in. Enjoyed the onsite doorman and woman, which added a nice touch of safety. Close to the beach and amenities like restaurants were within walking distance although the area itself had some walking challenges due to the narrow roads and verticality although that's more reflective of the overall area and no issues with the place. All in all, a great experience here

The location is amazing—we watched macaws and monkeys in the trees from our balcony. The condo is very clean and spacious. The parking is easy, and many locations are walkable. The concierges are very responsive and full of good ideas.

This place is unbelievable. It is top of the line. The photos don’t actually do it justice. The view from the deck is unbelievable. We saw monkeys, parrots and even a sloth the day we left. You have access to a concierge which we didn’t use at all. The location is great with access to stores and restaurants. The rooms were a bit loud with motorbikes on the street, but very easy to tune out. The apartment itself was always cool with a clean, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels to use as well as the washer and dryer were very nice. This place is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. Loved every bit of it.
