The master suite includes a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom also features a king-size bed, accommodating two guests. Additionally, the living room has a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two more guests. A private balcony offers a perfect spot to enjoy spectacular sunsets with friends and family.

Wildlife and Surroundings

The condominium overlooks a sloth conservation reserve managed by The Sloth Institute of Costa Rica. Wildlife sightings from the balcony are common and include:

• Three-toed sloths visiting the nearby cecropia tree

• Squirrel monkeys, capuchin monkeys, and howler monkeys, occasionally passing by the balcony
• Scarlet macaws being reintroduced to the area, sometimes landing on the property
